The AI self tuning PID adjustment, with micro PC chips as well as SMD technology being applied, has improved the reliability, disturbance-resistance and integral performance, which is applicable in adjustment and control systems that need highly precise tuning and can calculate the optimum adjustment parameters automatically upon control objects. Being used together with various sensors and transmitters, it has realized the measurement, display, control, alarm and transmitting of physical quantities including temperature, humidity, pressure, liquid level and is widely used in areas such as chinaware, petrol-chemical, chemical, thermal power generation, metallurgy, steel, machinery, pharmacy, textile, printing and dyeing as well as defense research.
1. The digital correction system and self-check standard technology are applied for output, making measurement more precious and stable and eliminating the measurement errors caused by temperature drift and zero drift.
2. With the functions of WATCHDOG and digital one-step low pass filter, the power energy can maintain precious measurement and stable operation under strong disturbance.
3. Programmable input (universal input) technology, freely set thermocouple, thermal resistor, distance resistor and standard signal. With cold-end compensation inside instruments for thermocouple input and three-wire system for thermal resistance, the errors caused by lead wire are eliminated.
4. By applying AI control technology together with PID adjustment, self-studying as well as fuzzy control technology, the self-tuning/self-adapting function and precious adjustment without excessive or insufficient adjustment are realized, with performance much better than traditional PID adjustment.
5. Manual/automatic switch of no disturbance is achieved with approximation-method integral being applied plus shift limit function for shift from manual to automatic, realizing the smooth shift between manual and automatic.
6. The modularized output enables the instruments functions as well as option to be great. For example, the traditional digital display instruments only have SSR and relay contacts, while outputs such as single-phase SCR zero passage trigger; single-phase SCR phase-shifting triggering and non-contact ON/OFF are also optional for SP-900 series instruments.
7. Quick communication. Based on RS485 communication interface, either a system or large and medium size system can achieve the same effects as that of DCS.
8. The power supply with the wide-range input from 85 to 265VAC is produced based on international standards.
